So, even though I didn't journal, I did weigh in yesterday and lost some more weight. :)
I'm at 182 now. So basically 4 lbs in two weeks. Mostly because I added exercise, and i added more fruit and veggies to my diet. Still eating things that aren't exactly cooked the healthiest (fried pork chops, mashed potatoes...stuff like that) but I did say it would be a process.
So, so far so good.
I'll add my normal food intake later tonight. :)
